The congress is a card game i designed as an entry for Playground Squad school. I really liked how it turned out and some of my testers still play it to this day.

The goal of this game is to build piles with exactly 29 points each. All the royal cards except for the ten has special abilities when you play them on the numbered cards.
I was very influenced by the Caravan card game from Fallout: New Vegas when designing this game.
